• Scouting the right talent under the given budget and making 40% profit.

• Understanding the brief and clearly communicating it with the creative team.

• Assuring that the creative team's requirements are met and keeping them motivated to achieve their full potential.

• Overlooking the entire project from pre to post-production and ensuring the end results match the expectations.
